Data format

CAD models can be accepted in a wide range of formats, including:

•    IGES
•    STEP
•    STL
•    Catia V4 (.model)
•    Catia V5 (.CATpart)

Data transmission

Data can be transmitted by e-mail or by third party FTP site.

Meshing

Once CAD data has been received, either a mid-plane, Dual Domain^TM, or Full 3D Mesh can be created, whichever is the most appropriate for the part geometry.

Reports customised to your individual requirements

Reports can be supplied either in hard copy format or electronically in HTML, MS Word or MS powerpoint format, with a standard RTS template or your own Company’s logo. Content can be customised from a wide range of available results, click here for further details.

Moldflow Communicator

In addition, ‘Moldflow Communicator®‘ files can be supplied which enable you to zoom, pan and rotate your model in 3D whilst viewing and interrogating a wide range of results, such as animated fill pattern, freeze time, weld lines, air traps etc. ‘Moldflow Communicator®’ software can be downloaded free at www.moldflow.com
